This pull request implements the complete functionality for the JavaScript Chronometer lab with the following features:
Core chronometer logic with start, stop, reset, and split functionality
DOM manipulation to update the display and handle button interactions
Milliseconds tracking for precise time measurement (bonus feature)
Updated watch band styling to black for a more sleek and modern appearance
All tests are passing, and the chronometer works as expected with a clean user interface.
